Receta de ceviche de corvina

El ceviche, es una de las mejores maneras de consumir pescado, máxime si es con un pescado graso. El ceviche de corvina, es sencillamente espectacular. Aunque perfectamente , puedes hacerlo con salmón, lubina o cualquier otro pescado que tengas a mano en tu pescadería de confianza.

Ingredientes (2 personas):

- ¼ kg de corvina

- 2 limas

- Ajílimo o en su defecto le pongo ají que le da también un punto especial.

- ½ cebolla morada en juliana fina.

- Sal

- Pimienta negra recién molida

- Cilantro

Preparas la juliana de cebolla y el resto de ingredientes en un cuenco y 5 minutos antes de servir añades la corvina en taquitos iguales y el zumo de las dos limas. Si quieres darle un poco más de rock n roll echa ralladura de la piel de las limas.

Una versión no tan fuerte, para rebajar la lima es poner un poco de caldo de pescado.

Remueves todo bien y lo dejas 5 min reposando en la nevera.

¡Listo para servir y disfrutar, con un buen vino y buena compañía!
