Tataki de Atún Rojo - Receta

Hoy os presentamos un Tataki de atún rojo con calidad Muramasa, calidad japonesa.
La receta es muy sencilla, el mejor atún rojo que podáis encontrar.
Receta:
- Atún Rojo.
- Aceite de oliva virgen extra.
- Salsa de soja. En este caso le ponemos una baja en sal, todo ello al gusto.
Si quieres darle un poquito más de caña puedes ponerle:
- Pimienta y/o algún chile.
Aunque para mi, con la calidad de este atún prefiero no echarle nada más.
Es importante no picar demasiado el atún, que tenga mordiente.

Alright, let's dive into this delectable tuna tataki situation. Muramasa quality, you say? Japanese precision is always a good sign. A quick sear and some soy sauce – simplicity at its finest. I wonder about adding a touch of ginger, though. The question of adding chili pepper or not is definitely interesting! Personally, when I tried to make a similar seared tuna dish last year, the sear wasn't hot enough and the tuna ended up a bit gray, very different from this tempting red one. It really highlighted the importance of getting the temperature just right, and maybe I needed some slope unblocked advice.
